I had a very disappointing experience at Uniting Circle Multicultural Community Centre. During my interaction with Mujgan Tahery, I felt the communication was rude, dismissive, and lacking professionalism. The tone used made me feel uncomfortable and unsupported, which is especially disappointing in a community service setting where people expect respectful treatment. I believe staff should communicate with patience and courtesy, especially when dealing with members of the public. I hope the centre takes feedback seriously and works on improving the way concerns are handled.Posted on Google![]()
